| What is your policy on damage to plastic balls? |
| Arrowhead Lanes is not responsible for any damage done to plastic balls. |

| How do I calculate handicap? |
Ask the league secretary what percentage is used for a given league.
Add the averages of each bowler to find the total team average. Do the same for the opposing team.
The team with the lower average is going to receive a handicap to make bowling fair for each team.
Subtract the lower team average from the higher team average to find the difference.
Now mulitply that number by the percentage that he secretary provided for you. This number is how many pins the lower average team will have added to their score each game.
Example:
Team A - Bobby's Avg is 180, Dean's Avg is 240, and Jean's Avg is 165.
Team A's Total Average = 585 (180+240+165)
Team B - Joe's Avg is 93, John's Avg is 123, and Mike's Avg is 140.
Team B's Total Average = 356
The difference in averages is 229 (585-356)
This example's league handicap is 80%
229 X .80 = 183 ==> Team B receives 183 pins per game

| What is Moonlight Bowling? |
Moonlight bowling consists of 3 games of 9 Pin No-Tap bowling (Knock down 9 pins and get credit for a strike)
Takes place every Saturday during the Fall season under our state-of-the-art laser light system (restrictions may apply).
Different ways to win money and prizes - jackpot drawings, giveaways, and payouts (high game, high series, etc.) |

| What is Cosmic Bowling? |
Cosmic Bowling is fun under the laser lights. Come in every Friday and Saturday to enjoy in the experience.
It is not an organized event (i.e. Moonlight Bowling) and reservations are not required. All games are paid for individually unless otherwise stated. |

| Do I have to be good to bowl in a league? |
Absolutely not!!!!!!!
Arrowhead Lanes offers a number of leagues at varying competitive and skill levels.
In addition, most of our leagues are handicapped. This handicap is used to balance out the competition within the league.

| Do you have a Non-Smoking section? |
We currently do not have a section reserved for people who do not smoke.
Upon request, we will put you on a lane away from smokers. |

| Do I get "perks" for bowling in a league? |
All Arrowhead Lane League Bowlers receive a discount on open bowling games and certain merchandise purchased from our Pro Shop (i.e. Bowling bags, shirts, shoes, and bowling balls).

| Do you have an ATM machine? |
| Yes - located at the front of the bowling center |
|
| Do you take personal checks? |
Personal checks are not accepted at Arrowhead Lanes unless you currently bowl in a league at Arrowhead. Certain restrictions may apply and we reserve the right to revoke this privilege should we deem necessary.
There is a fee for all returned checks. |

| Do you take credit cards? |
We accept Mastercard and Visa. Arrowhead Lanes is in the process of upgrading our system. Discover and American Express will soon be accepted. Call ahead if you would like to use Discover or American Express.
** Please note that we accept credit cards to pay for bowling and certain items purchased from our Pro Shop only!!!! Credit cards will not be accepted for Lounge and Snack Bar purchases. |

| What coupons do you accept? |
We accept coupons that are sponsored and approved by Arrowhead Lanes Bowling Center only. This may include coupons generated by the bowling center, some coupon books, high school programs, etc. Restrictions may apply.
** Please note that generic coupons, such as Banquet and Days Inn, are not accepted by Arrowhead Lanes Bowling Center. All coupons sponsored by Strike Ten will not be honored by our Center as well. | What types of music do you play on Friday and Saturday nights? |
Historically, our D.J. has "played to the crowd". Our collection includes all genres of music in an effort to provide the customer's with what they want - GOOD MUSIC AND GOOD TIMES!!!!
We use a state-of-the-art sound system and thousands of songs to offer. Do you feel me? |

| When do you have open bowling? |
Before 5:00 PM and after 9:00 PM on weekdays due to league play. All day Saturday and Sunday unless otherwise stated.
Give us a call!!! On certain weekday nights, there are lanes available for open bowling. Some of our leagues do not use all of the lanes. Restrictions may apply. |

| Does Arrowhead Lanes work with charities? |
Absolutely. Arrowhead Lanes makes a concerted effort to participate in charitable events and activities. Our goal is to stay actively involved with the Community.
